Do you think that having Internet access is mainly for rich people? Are poor people disadvantaged? Or does Internet access help poor people? Why?
No I do not think that having internet access is mainly for rich people. Yes poor people are at a disadvantage because they can not afford internet access and they are missing out on something that can comfort them. Internet access doesn't help poor people in any kind of way, they are poor and they probably have to look forward to having different things such as food or shelter so internet access is probably the least of their worries.
