In your opinion, how might you and your peers react if a similar ban on bagged lunches was established at your school? Do you think that students at your school would make healthier choices if school food were the only food available? Explain.


If me and my peers went through a similar ban on bagged lunches was established at our school we would react in a very upsetting way because most of us are against school lunch. The school lunch is sometimes tasteless and it comes in small portions, therefore students take matters into their own hands and bring in their own lunch that way they will be satisfied. Students at my school wouldnt make healthier choices if school food were the only available because most of us are use to eating food that we are use to eating at home which isnt always healthy

If someone created a page on facebook using my name and information, I would report them because that person can be dangerous towards others,they might even be wanted and might be using my information to cover themselves from being caught

As a teenager, how do you think the Internet, computers and technology changed or affected your life? As a teenager the Internet, computers and technology changed my life by me communicating with others and getting to know new people, especially the social networks for example: face book gave me something that I was lacking in my life, socializing with different people and that's how the internet and computers and technology changed my life.

What can you do to help make the Internet safer? I can help make the internet safer by helping people to understand that they're are internet help programs and there are people that can help you if you need help. I can also help the internet to be safer by reporting something thats unusual inorder to get the bad guys caught. Part 2 midterm exam 1/25/11

It's amazing that a computer can beat a human in the challenging trivia game on TV. which is called jeopardy. Jeopardy is known to be a very challenging trivia game that's so intense that it took together some of the best experts and scientists, with lots of time practice, skills and most of all patients in order to make the computer system which is Watson the best of the best. Watson is known to be a computer with power 7 processors. But the real genius in the system is that it can actually understand language well enough to figure out the wordplay that makes up a Jeopardy, that is fantastic and it's something that's well put together, it's definitely worth the time.
It's so much harder for a computer to compete on jeopardy rather than to play chess on a computer only because a chess computer only has more of a math knowledge. On the other hand the Watson works by running many algorithms at once, that is known to govern how it processes the language. After that the computer learns by checking it's algorithms against the answers. This means that it studies in a similar way in which humans study. I definitely think that this is a good thing
because the Watson is capable of doing more than what any computer has been able to do.

Computers like this will definitely help people because people can learn things that they don't even know for example learning a lot about their histories and the workings of computers and how they can be processed into becoming something terrific. Computers teaches people things that can only be done by some of the most top experts, it helps us to entertain to communicate,access music and videos which is amazing. Computers can solve mathematical computations which is hard for humans to solve sometimes. Computers are not going to take away more jobs because computers doesn't make the world go around besides it's a want not a need, and besides it takes a lot of skills to work with this special device. Computers will of course take over the world because every year there is a new computer system or a new invention that is added to a computer.

What is you accomplished in this class so far? What are you going to do differently in this class now that you have the chance?

I accomplished alot of things in this class so far, like learning alot about computers and electronic devices before i knew nothing about those things and i'm very thankful for my teacher by always teaching us and keeping us interested in the work that we do. I'm going to come to class everyday from now on and not be absent because i did miss alot of work but i'm going to try and not miss any work.

You can build a good online reputation by presenting your self in a propper and mannaly way. Don't go out of your element to please any one in the wrong way like using curse words and things of that nature. My dream for the future is to hopefully have a bright and promising future and also successful future. I would like to have kids and get married to the one im in love with and also to have a very successful career and to take care of my parents. Inorder to ensure to accomplish that dream i have to make sure that I push my self and work very hard

What effect do you think Martin Luther King Jr. had on your life? How is his message still relevant? Or is it? Why?

Dr Martin Luther King Personally had a great effect on my life and his message is still relevant because even though he's not physically here, his messages are still past on and hiss dreams are being lived today. There is still a connection between African Americans and Martin Luther King event hough he isn't here.

No I do not think that having internet access is mainly for rich people. Yes poor people are at a disadvantage because they can not afford internet access and they are missing out on something that can comfort them. Internet access doesn't help poor people in any kind of way, they are poor and they probably have to look forward to having different things such as food or shelter so internet access is probably the least of their worries.
