I feel as though this situation can be categorized as cheating. I personally would not ever use tests and things like that from other websites because that's cheating and you're not learning anything. Sometimes people also go to other websites for information and that's known as plagiarism. When a job comes along you're going to be so dependent on the information that you;re use to and it's not at all going to come in handy, that's why it's good to depend on yourself. I would never go to a doctor who did this because that technically shows that he or she doesn't know what they're doing and might do a wrong procedure that can lead to something disastrous.
